Helpful hints for YouTube users.  If a link is slow or pauses every few seconds:

1.  Bring up the link.
2.  Let it start.
3.  Put it on mute.
4.  Let it play all the way through on mute.
5.  Sometimes you have to do this twice to get it to play without pauses.
6.  Minimize it while it's playing on pause because it will do its thing while you do other things on the net.
7.  It works.

Gordon Lightfoot
 Midnight Special
1974.
In this version of Gordon Lightfoot's song, I give a little more bio of why I'm doing music now after doing very little  since 1996.  It has to do with using music to find my way out of the "dark night of the soul."

I Feel Like Traveling On . . .

IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT THE JOURNEY . . .THE QUEST . . . NOT THE DESTINATION.  IF THE DESTINATION IS UNPLEASANT WHEN YOU ARRIVE, BE ASSURED . . . THE JOURNEY IS NOT OVER . . . THE QUEST DOES NOT END HERE . . .

Hobbit Traveling Song . . .
The Road goes ever on and on, down from the door where it began, now far ahead the Road has gone and I must follow, if I can, pursuing it with weary feet, until it joins some larger way, where many paths and errands meet. And whither then I cannot say . . .
